Another unforgettable weekend at the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto ; and what a race it was. The city was electric as the streets around Exhibition Place transformed into a high-speed playground.

While Honda’s been dominating most of the 2025 season, it was Pato O’Ward who surprised everyone with a bold win from P10 on the grid. He took the lead on lap 62 and didn’t look back.
Chevy only had one car in the top seven, and it was Pato. The rest of the front pack were Honda-powered machines, with Rinus VeeKay and Kyffin Simpson right behind him.
Meanwhile, points leader Alex Palou had a bit of a rough run, finishing 12th and tightening up the championship battle.
From start to finish, Toronto delivered : packed grandstands, roaring engines, and that buzzing race-day energy only this city can bring.
So let’s get in on the action – starting with Media day in Toronto

SoViolette got an exclusive moment with rising racer Alana Carter and she gave us a glimpse into her fast-paced world both on and off the track.
Alana’s been making waves in the Emzone Radical Cup Canada this season, picking up speed and confidence with each race.
Tackling a street circuit like Toronto is a whole different kind of challenge : and she showed up with focus, grace, and serious drive.
“I got so much experience with Radical Academy.”
Alana currently races Supra GT4 cars in the United States with AE Victory Racing, an all-female team competing in the World Racing League. While she definitely stands out as a woman in the sport, she shared that she doesn’t feel treated any differently; just another driver chasing performance and results.
“They’ve been so supportive and helped me out a lot.”
Her experience with AE Racing Victory has been all about growth, encouragement, and pushing limits with a team that truly has her back.
Favorite track you’ve raced on so far?
“Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama.”
She lights up talking about it ; mentioning the winding layout and elevation changes that make every lap feel rewarding. It’s clear Alana isn’t just here to participate; she’s here to leave a mark.
